The property is currently owned by Campus Crusade for Christ (CCC). CCC has retained American Development Group to prepare the property for sale and to initiate development based on its master plan. Presently, the following products for Arrowhead Springs have been prepared :

 
  • a 425-page Specific Plan, prepared for, and adopted by, the City of San Bernardino on 11/1/2005;
  • the Final Program Environmental Impact Report (EIR) and Traffic Impact Analysis certified by the City of San Bernardino on 11/1/2005;
  • a Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Plan adopted by the City of San Bernardino on 11/1/2005;
  • clear entitlements, including water and mineral rights
  • formation of Arrowhead Water & Power LLC, on-site utility company
  • an overall extensive and specific Master Plan, including architectural plans and renderings;
  • construction of a miniature scale model of the 1916 acres and scale buildings of the proposed master plan.  The model's dimensions are 25 feet x 45 feet and 4 feet tall;
  • professional color brochures illustrating the proposed Master Plan;
  • analysis and preliminary engineering of proposed roadways, extensions, bridges, and utilities;
  • "as-built" documents recording all existing buildings, utilities and infrastructure;
  • preliminary architectural plans for the renovation of the existing historic hotel;
  • preliminary architectural plans for the renovation and new construction of the Arrowhead Springs Spa and Wellness Center;
  • a collection of historical documents, photography, and  inventory of the original Dorothy Draper furnishings;
  • design and development of the Arrowhead Springs Resort website
