AS BUILTS |
American Development Group has prepared "as built" architectural drawings for each of the existing buildings that are listed on the left margin. As Built drawings typically include: floor plans, elevations, dimensions, site plans, sections, and perspective rendering where appropriate. These "as built" drawings have been generated on AutoCAD and ArchiCAD software.
Preliminary designs have also been prepared for the historic hotel renovation, the hotel annex, conference center, and health spa.
A scale model representing approximately 506 acres of the developable area of the property has been constructed. It is built to the scale of one inch equals forty feet (see photo below)
