The existing "dormitories", built in 1968, consists of seven buildings forming an attractive and quiet enclave adjacent to Strawberry Creek.  Its former use included four 50-bedroom dormitories, a dining room, kitchen and library, gift shop/commissary, and a two-story building with three meeting halls. The proposed new use is to convert these structures into a world-class spa and wellness center.  See Proposed Plans.
