Parcel 4 is a land use designation intended to provide for an 18-hole public golf course, including a clubhouse and related facilities, commercial stables, golf cart and bike rentals. In addition, this land use designation allows limited agricultural and open space uses, including vineyards, active and passive recreation, permanent open space, multi-purpose trails, and water retention basins. It is also intended to preserve water resources, such as watercourses, natural springs and lakes.
The site occupies approximately 199 acres and is located along West Twin Creek, which winds its course down Waterman Canyon. The clubhouse is accessed off Arrowhead Springs Resort Road at the west entrance to Arrowhead Springs property. The clubhouse is also within walking distance of Village Walk, the retail shopping and dining core of the resort. All along the golf course boundaries are situated residential communities, ranging from attached and detached single-family units.
