PARCEL 6: RESIDENTIAL SOUTH

Parcel 6 consists of two distinct residential districts covering approximately 30.8 acres. The Residential Low District (RL) consists of 12 estate homes on 8.8 acres and the Residential Medium-Senior Village (RM-SV) consists of 300 units, including approximately 150 senior and 150 non-age restricted attached condominiums, townhomes, and/or apartments (built to condominium standards) on 22 acres, clustered around the southern portion of the 18-hole golf course.  The single-family estate residences are accessed from Arrowhead Road.
