PARCEL 7: INTERNATIONAL HOTEL

Parcel 7 is a commercial land use designation specifically created for Arrowhead Springs which accommodates the development of a 200,000 square feet, 300-room hotel.  The site occupies approximately 17 acres and is located directly above, and with easy walking access to, the Arrowhead Springs Village Walk, with its shops and restaurants surrounding Lake Vonette. Also directly adjacent to the hotel site are the public Botanical Gardens, which will offer the hotel guests enjoyable strolls through magnificent natural landscapes, filled with color and fragrances. The site is also within walking distance of the new 25,000 square feet conference center and Health Spa Resort.
