PARCEL 8: CORPORATE OFFICE CENTER

Parcel 8 is a commercial land use designation specifically created for Arrowhead Springs which accommodates the development of a 250,000 square feet corporate office complex.  
The site occupies approximately 14 acres and is located directly above, and with easy walking access to, the Arrowhead Springs Village Walk, with its shops and restaurants surrounding Lake Vonette. Also directly adjacent to the corporate office site are the public Botanical Gardens, which will offer the office visitors, employers and employees enjoyable strolls through magnificent natural landscapes, filled with color and fragrances.
