PARCEL 9A: VILLAGE WALK COMMERCIAL

Parcel 9a is a land use designation that accommodates a vertical and horizontal mixed use of business related and residential uses in a village mountain setting, known as Village Walk.
Village Walk is envisioned as a mixed use of retail, commercial, office, and 34 residential units, as well as recreational, and entertainment uses on approximately 46 acres. The site is at the heart of Arrowhead Springs, positioned as the hub of all commercial, hotel, and residential uses provided at Arrowhead Springs.  The quaint retail shops and multi-cuisine restaurants and outdoor cafes are situated around Lake Vonette, a five-acre manmade, shallow lake. The lake will offer passive recreation, such as paddle-boats. Ducks and swans will glide its shoreline filled with cattails and lily pads.
